Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 6 May 2026

Welcome to CuratedTravel.ie (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our travel planning and consultation services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Service

CuratedTravel.ie provides bespoke travel research, itinerary planning, and consultation services.

  • Service Role: We act strictly as a Travel Planner and Consultant. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or an insurance intermediary.

  • The Outcome: We provide recommendations and curated links for transport, accommodation, and activities. The final choice to book remains with you.

2. Booking Responsibility

  • Third-Party Contracts: CuratedTravel.ie does not make bookings on your behalf. All reservations for flights, hotels, tours, or transport are made by you directly with the relevant third-party service provider.

  • Contractual Relationship: Your legal contract for travel services is with the specific provider (e.g., Aer Lingus, Marriott, etc.) and is subject to their individual terms and conditions. We are not a party to those contracts.

  • Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying all dates, names, and details at the time of booking with the provider.

3. Fees

CuratedTravel.ie does not charge fees for its service. Our recommendations are provided free of charge and you pay the relevant service providers directly for any bookings you make.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Travel Cancellations: If you need to cancel your actual trip, you must contact the service providers (airlines, hotels), directly. CuratedTravel.ie is not responsible for securing refunds from third parties.

  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover potential cancellations or medical emergencies.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Provider Failure: CuratedTravel.ie is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any third-party travel provider, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, overbookings, or insolvency.

  • Personal Risk: We are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your travel or the use of our recommendations.

  • Maximum Liability: As our services are provided free of charge, our maximum liability to you in all circumstances is zero.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

We value your privacy. Any personal data provided to us is processed in accordance with the Irish Data Protection Acts and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
